In addition, The Charter for Social Housing Residents: Social Housing White Paper (November 2020) and the Fire Safety Act 2021 set out the intention to make landlords more accountable for residents’ fire safety.

  • Delegates will explore how technology can provide an essential, resident-centric safety net through remotely monitoring smoke and heat alarms and AI analysis of individual properties.
  • Delegates will also discuss how the Internet of Things is set to transform the fire safety industry.
